Jokic once again posted video game-like numbers, recording a triple-double with 41 points, 15 rebounds, and 13 assists.
Christian Braun also stepped up with 30 points and 8 rebounds, but their efforts weren’t enough to snap the Nuggets’ losing streak and get back in the win column.
With this loss, the Nuggets have dropped to fourth place in the Western Conference standings at 47-32. Their position remains precarious, as several teams directly behind them have played one fewer game.

In fact, four teams, each with a 46-32 record, are hot on Denver’s heels, meaning the Nuggets could slip further down the standings and even into the play-in zone if their form doesn’t improve in the final stretch.
Denver will play two of their last three regular season games on the road: Wednesday against the Kings and Saturday against the Rockets.
Their lone remaining home game, a crucial matchup, comes Friday against the Memphis Grizzlies—one of the teams currently tied at 46-32.
